Alessandro’s Scholarship.
Members of NCFA may apply for financial assistance to assist with registration fees to attend the
pre NCFI Congress Saline Process Witness Training in Malaga, Spain in June 2024.
These funds have been made available through Alessandro’s Scholarship.
Alessandro is the youngest son of Georgina Hoddle, NCFA Board member and NCFA Saline Process Co-ordinator. Alessandro died in a road accident before he could go on to further study after completing his military service in Italy. Georgina established this Scholarship in his memory in 2019.

The Nurses Christian Fellowship International (NCFI) Congress in Malaga, Spain, is fast approaching. I hope and pray you are making plans to attend, especially the pre-congress Saline Process Witness Training (SPWT) day.
This is to inform you of the criteria and application process for the granting of one or more Scholarships to attend the NCFI Congress with the condition that you are an active participant in the SPWT (26 June, 2024). The granting of Alessandro’s Scholarship for this, or possibly another SPWT later in the year (eg Townsville September 2024, tbc) requires that you are registered to attend and will receive the Scholarship of $500 AU upon receipt of the attendance certificate.
NOTE: if this application is for the Pre Congress Course then all other congress costs are the responsibility of the applicant
To apply the applicant needs to complete the relevant form, which is available below.
All sections of the form must be completed for a valid application.
Once downloaded and compiled, please forward it to the NCFA Board at email address ncf.australia@gmail.com. Att: Alessandro’s Scholarship NCFI 24
The closing date for submission of the application is Friday 19 April 2024.
After consideration of all applications received by this date, the NCFA Board will inform the successful applicant(s), by email within 4 working days.
